As the saying goes, “those who train together, stays together”. If you already have your group that you usually work out with, why not join us and work towards optimal health! 


We are bringing our workout session outdoors, sweating it out in greenery and fresh air. Spend time with us, workout together in your teams, conducted by our professional instructors, sweat it out and have fun! It’s a complimentary activity to let you and your team bond together!

Staying healthy is not all about exercise, the meals and food you pick also makes up an essential part to your ‘stay fit’ journey. BodyKey is created to aid everyone to reach their health goals in more ways than one.

The BodyKey Fitness Community’s inaugural Recipe Challenge is an exciting team-based contest, where our BodyKey Chefs will pit against each other with their unique and delicious meal creations. 

Each team must create a meal comprising of a dish and a shake, incorporating the BodyKey Meal Replacement Shake, with a total of less than 500 calories.

8 teams will be selected to join the Qualifying rounds, with each participating team member receiving an exclusive limited edition BodyKey Fitness Community apron. These qualifying rounds will be held at the AMWAY City Shop, with each team presenting their meal to be judged in front of a live audience. Form a team of 4:

  • 1 Singaporean ABO Team Leader
  • 2 ABO Team Members
  • 1 new/non-ABO Team Member


Selection Round:

Each team needs to submit:

  • 1 dish recipe
  • 1 shake recipe
  • Photo of completed meal
  • Description of meal
